This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the jus22 platform by all registered members in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any jus22 services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and jus22 ("Platform" or "we") governing your use of all services provided through jus22.click and all associated subdomains.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you first access the jus22 platform. Continued use of the jus22 platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments without further notice. jus22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and members are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
These Terms, together with the jus22 Privacy Policy and jus22 Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jus22. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing by jus22.
To register and use the jus22 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. jus22 reserves the right to review and verify the eligibility of any member at any time, and to suspend or close any account found not to meet these criteria.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the jus22 platform. jus22 carries out age verification during registration and at any time it deems necessary. Accounts confirmed to be owned by underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with jus22's procedures.
The jus22 platform is available to users from permitted regions only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jus22 platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. jus22 does not provide any legal advice regarding the status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the jus22 platform. Multiple registrations by the same person – whether using a different name, email, phone number, or payment details – are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
Absolute Prohibition: Individuals who have self-excluded from the jus22 platform are prohibited from registering a new account in any form. Breaching this prohibition may result in legal action and forfeiture of all associated funds.
By registering a jus22 account, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. jus22 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for account verification, withdrawal processing, or regulatory compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your jus22 account password and login credentials confidential. jus22 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. Please notify jus22 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Jus22 will never ask for your account password via email, chat, or phone call. If you receive such a request, please disregard it and report it to the jus22 security team at support@jus22.click immediately.
Jus22 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed through secure payment infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption, and your card or bank account details are never stored directly by jus22.
The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account's VIP tier – from RM5,000 for standard members to RM50,000 for jus22 Diamond VIP members. This limit may be adjusted upon request subject to approval by the jus22 team.
Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and DuitNow are typically credited within 1 minute. FPX deposits take 1–3 minutes depending on your bank. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact the jus22 support team with proof of transaction.
Source of Funds Policy: jus22 only accepts deposits from legitimate sources that belong solely to the member. Deposits from unknown, suspicious, or third-party sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Jus22 is committed to processing all eligible member withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit or to a verified account held in your name.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for regular members and 3–5 minutes for VIP Silver members and above. Processing runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Withdrawals requiring a security review may take up to 24 hours.
Members may cancel a withdrawal request that is still in "Pending" status via the Transaction History section of your jus22 account. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" status, cancellation is no longer possible. jus22 is not liable for any payment delays caused by technical issues on the part of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Jus22 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance members' gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is approved. The specific terms for each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.
Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount that must be turned over in bets before a withdrawal can be approved. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Different games may contribute varying percentages toward meeting the rollover requirement — please check the specific bonus terms for details.
Warning: Any attempt to manipulate the jus22 bonus system through low-risk wagering strategies, multiple accounts, or other methods deemed to constitute bonus abuse will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances including the original deposit.
All games available on the jus22 platform — including Live Casino, table games, lottery and virtual sports — operate in accordance with industry-standard game rules. Each game has clearly displayed minimum and maximum bet limits within the game interface.
Jus22 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by an accredited third-party verification body to ensure all digital games operate fairly and cannot be manipulated by any party, including jus22 itself. Audit reports are available upon request.
In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a match or game on jus22, the outcome recorded by the system at the time of the disruption will be used as the basis for settling bets. If the system is unable to determine an outcome, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account. jus22's decision in such matters is final.
All Live Casino games on jus22 are broadcast in real time. Results announced by the dealer during a live game are final. Any dispute regarding a Live Casino game outcome must be raised within 24 hours of the game taking place, with sufficient supporting evidence.
The jus22 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL and over 200 leagues), BWF badminton, cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup), tennis, NBA basketball, Formula 1, rugby and more than 30 other sports. All bets are subject to sport-specific rules available in the Help section of the jus22 platform.
Jus22 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time without stating a reason, including in situations where odds were published in error, where there is evidence of fraud or match manipulation, or where a bet exceeds the limits set for the account in question. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet slip confirmation from the jus22 system.
Sports Betting outcomes are determined based on official results issued by the relevant league or tournament governing body. For football matches in the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other leagues, full-time results (90 minutes) apply to most markets unless stated otherwise. Extra time, penalties, and extensions are excluded unless the market is specifically labelled "Including Extra Time".
In-play betting at jus22 is accepted during live matches with odds that update in real time. jus22 reserves the right to suspend in-play bet acceptance at any point during a match for technical or operational reasons. Bets confirmed prior to the suspension remain valid.
If a sports match is cancelled entirely before it begins, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. For matches that start but do not complete (under 90 minutes for football), settlement rules depend on the relevant league policy at jus22. For cricket, matches decided using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method are recognised as official results.
Jus22 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members. By using the jus22 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible referral to the relevant legal authorities.
You may close your jus22 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@jus22.click. Any remaining balance, once all withdrawal conditions are met, will be transferred to you within 5 business days. All unsettled bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.
Jus22 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in circumstances including: confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age, detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering, breach of these Terms, a request from a relevant law enforcement authority, or if an account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
Members who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion through their jus22 account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 week to 5 years, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the specified period ends. This is a self-protection feature jus22 provides for members who need a break from gaming.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jus22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, damage or costs arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the jus22 platform.
Jus22 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from interruptions, errors, or malicious code. Every effort will be made to maximise platform uptime, but jus22 cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times.
Users are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made on the jus22 platform. Online betting and gaming carry real financial risk. jus22 does not provide investment advice, betting strategies or guarantees of winnings in any form.

Jus22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. jus22 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications, but this does not constitute an absolute obligation.
Members who continue using the jus22 platform after any amendment to the Terms is published are deemed to have accepted those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where jus22 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through jus22's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to any other legal forum.
